Sandeep Gupte is a business analyst, architect and manager with extensive experience with alternative investments.
As CTO for a leading hedge fund with over 100 employees and managing in excess of $10 billion in assets, he was responsible for the critical software applications and overall network infrastructure. Prior to the hedge fund, he led applications development for a major vendor of alternative investments portfolio management and accounting software.
His accomplishments include:
• Converted legacy portfolio accounting system to Beauchamp Financial Technologies’ Fund Manager software product.
• Implemented product driven solution for hedge fund’s custom web presence utilizing Financial Interactive’s FundRunner Web product.
• Assisted financial institutions in determining portfolio accounting procedures for Equity Arbitrage, OTC trading and Program Trading.
Mr. Gupta holds a BS in Computer Science from State University of New York, Stony Brook and has lectured at C.W Post and Hofstra Universities. He is an FAA Certified Instrument Rated Pilot and Angel Flight Volunteer Pilot.
